Laurelhurst Real Estate Update – Late September 2010

Looking at Laurelhurst homes for sale, there are 23 single family residential listings marked as Active in the NWMLS right now for Laurelhurst. These Laurelhurst properties range in asking price from $554,950 for a home on 47th Ave NE to$7,788,000 for a waterfront estate on W Laurelhurst Drive N. Average days on market for Laurelhurst when looking at these homes is 103 days with a median asking price of $899,000 even with the handful of Laurelhurst waterfront estates on the list.
There are 6 Pending Laurelhurst homes in escrow waiting to close – these were on the market an average of 76 days and range in price form $395,000 to $1,453,000 with a median price of $807,000. In addition to these homes, there is also one Laurelhurst home for sale that is marked Pending BU (back up) in the MLS and priced at $895,000.

Laurelhurst Real Estate Update: Laurelhurst Homes For Sale & What Is Selling?

Laurelhurst Beach Club Homes, Laurelhurst View Homes, Laurelhurst Waterfront Homes – Take Your pick or why not a Laurelhurst home that is all three?
Laurelhurst is so gorgeous this time of year – it is beautiful all the time, but when the Beach Club opens it is magical. The summer is rolling on and Laurelhurst real estate is moving, too. There are currently 20 Laurelhurst homes for sale in the MLS – they range in price from $599,900 to $7,788,000 with a median price of $935,000. Twelve of these Laurelhurst homes are under a million dollars and eight are over with notable higher end homes starting at $4,500,000 on Surber Dr, NE 33rd St, Webster Point Road, and W Laurelhurst Drive N. The average days on market for these Laurelhurst listings? 90 days, but that range is 1 day to 358 days. Half of these have been on the market less than 45 days. There is also one Laurelhurst home for sale that is Contingent in the MLS – it is priced at $719,000.

Things are still moving strong in the world of Laurelhurst real estate – There are 18 Active Laurelhurst homes for sale in the Seattle MLS, 13 Pending, and 5 Sold in the last 30 days.
Active Laurelhurst listings in the MLS range from $29,950 to $5,500,000 and include Laurelhurst Beach Club homes, Laurelhurst waterfront homes, and Laurelhurst view homes. The averag edollar per square foot on these is $475.95.
The 13 Laurelhurst homes in the MLS that are pending range in price from $395,000 to $2,995,000 and sold range in sales price from $635,000 to $2,500,000 with a median price of $1,320,000 and average dollar per square foot of $356.94.
